Breeam
A building sustainability certificate
In 2017, CESCE obtained the "Breeam®es In-Use" Certificate with an Excellent rating.
Breeam®es In-Use is a sustainability assessment and certification scheme for existing non-residential buildings. It assesses management policies, procedures and practices related to the operation of the building, consumption of key resources (energy, water...) and its environmental impact (generation of waste and carbon), and gives it a rating.
